We understand that things don’t always go according to plan. If you need to cancel, please provide us with as much notice as possible. We may charge a fee. That’s because our therapists often have to say ‘no’ to other requests to keep your appointment time open, and may not be able to book another appointment on short notice.
If you cancel within 10 minutes of confirming your booking
We charge you $0
If you cancel with less than 12 hours before your appointment
We charge you $50
If you cancel with less than 4 hours before your appointment
We charge you the full cost of the massage(s)
To cancel your confirmed booking, please access the scheduled appointment in the app and press Cancel.
